Missing country
Why is my country missing in the webshop?
If you attempted to order products in our webshop and cannot locate your country in the country list, this is attributed to EU regulations governing exports to sanctioned countries such as Russia.
As of December 2023, updated regulations (Article 12g) stipulate the necessity of a signed contract with purchasers located outside of the EU and partner countries. If you wish to place an order but are unable to locate your country, we encourage you to reach out to us for further discussion.
