We support credit card payment through PayPal.™
It's very easy to use PayPal - no registration is needed and all mayor credit cards are accepted.
You can also choose to make a bank transfer if that is what you prefer.
Usually you receive your order quicker if you pay through Paypal.
There are two shipping options to choose from, Express and First class mail.
Express is the main delivery option avaiable for all products. First class mail is
only available for a selected number of products.
The shipment term for all deliveries are Incoterm Ex Works. The shipping cost
is calculated dynamically and is based on the total weight
of the products in the order together with destination country. You can see the
shipping cost when checking out your order. You do not
need to login, but must specify valid shipping information (at least country).
Note that nothing is stored or sent to us until the "Submit Order" button
is clicked.
Express deliveries are shipped using UPS Express. A tracking number is provided by
e-mail so you can follow the shipment until it has been delivered. To most major cities
in Europe and East United States shipments are delivered in one day. To other locations
the delivery time is usually between 2-4 days.
First class mail is an uninsured and untrackable shipping option. It is only available
for a selected number of low value and low weight products. There is also a limit to the total
order value. If this limit is reached the shipment option won't be available during checkout.
Embedded Artists will not replace
products that are lost in shipment. If the post service in your country isn't reliable please choose
UPS Express instead of First class mail.
The delivery time for First class mail is usually between 1-2 weeks depending on destination.
Prices are given excluding VAT (in Sweden 25%), do not include shipping,
local taxes or custom charges in your country.
European goods and services are subject to VAT, which is 25% in Sweden.
Companies and institutions outside of Sweden but within the European Union (EU) with a valid VAT ID
number are exempt from taxation. Remember to specify a valid VAT number when
checking out your order and you won't be charged with VAT.
Exports to countries outside the European Union (EU) are exempt from taxation.
Embedded Artists AB (hereafter referred to as the Seller) warrants that its
hardware products (hereafter referred to as Products) sold hereunder will at
the time of shipment be free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, and will
be free from defects in material and workmanship.
If products sold hereunder are not as warranted, Seller shall, at its option,
refund the purchase price, repair, or replace the product - provided proof of
purchase and written notice of nonconformance is received by Seller within
three (3) months from date of initial shipment, and provided said nonconforming
products are, with Sellers written authorization, returned FOB Seller’s authorized
repair center within thirty (30) days from expiration of said three month period.
This warranty shall not apply to any products Seller determines have been, by Buyer
or otherwise, subjected to testing for other than specified electrical characteristics
or to operating and/or improper testing, repair, alteration, damage, misuse,
mishandling, neglect, assembly or processing that alters physical or electrical
properties. This warranty excludes all costs of shipping, customs clearance, and
related charges outside of Sweden.
This warranty excludes all software products.
In no event shall Seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This
warranty extends to Buyer only and not to Buyer’s customers or users of Buyer’s products
and is in lieu of all other warranties whether express, implied or statutory implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness.
