Shopping options
Webshop
You can buy a product directly from our webshop. Visit a product page and click the “Add to cart” button to add the product to the shopping cart.
Purchase order
You can send a purchase order directly to Embedded Artists, for example, if you have been in contact with sales or if the product isn’t available in the webshop. If you haven’t already been in contact with a sales person please use the contact form.
Distributors
If you cannot buy directly from us some of our products are also available from distributors.
Volume orders
If you want to place a volume order you should always contact sales and ask for a quote.
Payment options
Our preferred payment option is bank/wire transfer. When the order has been placed we will send a proforma invoice to you with our bank account details. For lower amounts and when the order is placed in our webshop you may also pay by credit card. Credit card payments are handled by PayPal. If you cannot use PayPal the only alternative is bank/wire transfer.
Shipping options
UPS Express
Our main shipping option is UPS Express Saver. This is a fast and reliable shipping option and you will be able to track the delivery using a tracking number.
The delivery time for this option is typically 1-4 days depending on destination.
First Class Mail
This shipping option is only available for a few products with low weight and when the total order value is below 50 EUR. This is an uninsured and untrackable shipping option and only recommended if you fully trust your local postal service. We don’t recommend this alternative if you live in Russia, Turkey, Brazil, and Argentina. We have had several customers who have never received their orders in those countries.
Embedded Artists will not replace products that are lost in shipment. The delivery time vary a lot with this option, but is usually between 1-2 weeks.
Own shipping account
If you have your own shipping account with UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT we can also ship using your account. In this case no shipping cost will be added to your order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
All prices are exclusive of, and the buyer is responsible for, all fees and taxes, including custom duties, importation fees, sales, use, withholding, gross revenue and like taxes, dues and charges assessed or incurred in connection with the provision of Product under the Agreement and insurance costs.
VAT cost
The listed prices do not include VAT (Value Added Tax). The table below explains when VAT cost will be added to the order.
