Export Restrictions

Product, which may include technology and software, is subject to EU and U.S. export laws as well as the laws of the country where it is delivered or used. Product may not be sold, leased, or transferred to restricted countries, restricted end-users, or for restricted end-uses. You agree that Product purchased from Embedded Artists will not to be used for activities related to weapons of mass destruction, including activities related to the design, development, production or use of nuclear materials, nuclear facilities, or nuclear weapons, or chemical or biological weapons. You further agree that you will not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer Product to end-users engaged in these activities.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices are exclusive of, and the Buyer is responsible for, all fees and taxes, including custom duties, importation fees, sales, use, withholding, gross revenue and like taxes, dues and charges assessed or incurred
in connection with the provision of Product under the Agreement and insurance costs.

  • Buy directly from Embedded Artists web shop by visiting a product page and clicking the "Buy Now" button. Embedded Artists ship all over the world.
  • Buy from one of Embedded Artists distributors.
  • Contact Embedded Artists by using our contact form if you would like to send us a purchase order or have any questions related to your order.

Payment Options

  • Credit card - We use PayPal to handle credit card payments. This means that you can also use a PayPal account to pay your order, but you don't need an account if you only want to pay by credit card.
  • Bank Transfer - In this case we will send you a proforma invoice and you have to make a bank transfer (wire transfer).

VAT Cost

The listed prices do not include VAT (Value Added Tax). The table below informs you if you need to pay VAT, or not.

Volume Order

Webshop

Volume discount for a product is indicated below the Buy Now button on the product page. An example is given to the right where there is one price when buying 10-99 pcs and a lower price when buying 100 or more pcs. The single unit price is always indicated above the Buy Now button.

If there ins't any volume discount indicated for a product or if you would like to buy an even larger quantity please contact Embedded Artists.

OEM Boards

Volume discount is always given for Embedded Artists OEM Boards. An OEM Board Flyer is available with a Make or Buy Cost Analysis as well as a  volume price list. For larger quantities please contact Embedded Artists.
